Workshops & Sessions.

We teach through workshops & trainings that are interactive and reflective.

We work with schools, staff and corporate organisations and also run our workshops as public, virtual events anyone can attend.

Workshops

Our workshops cover a number of topics that help people in their work, personal and sociopolitical lives. All our workshops are about building empathy & compassion with ourselves and for others.

From shame to grief at work, we have covered a vast range of topics. And if you don't see what you're looking for, ask us!

Who are these for?

We run these in-house for schools, teaching staff and corporate organisations. 60/90 mins. In person/virtual.

We also run our workshops for the public - keep up to date via our newsletter.

Our Live and Let Grief  1-1 sessions with Ria are a safe, confidential space to discuss your loss, what you need, and leave with tools & guidance to navigate your grief in the next season of your life.

This is a mix of mentorship and conversation, but also a place to just sit quietly if you need.

Who is this for?
