Workshops
Our workshops cover a number of topics under three strands:
Me → developing identity, values, confidence and self-awareness
We → focusing on inclusion, communication and empathy
Life → building resilience for anticipated experiences like mental health and grief
Who are these for?
We run these in-house for schools, teaching staff and corporate organisations.
We also run our workshops for the public - keep up to date via our newsletter.
