Live and Let Grieve Sessions
A 1-1 space selfishly explore your grief.
Ria lost her Dad when she was only 19 years old. Loneliness was a huge part of her experience, and she was desperate for someone to talk to who just got it. If you can relate, this is for you...
Our Live and Let Grieve 1-1 sessions with Ria are a safe, confidential space to discuss your loss, what you need, and leave with tools & guidance to navigate your grief in the next season of your life.
This is a mix of mentorship and conversation, but also a place to just sit quietly if you need.
People say sessions feel like a 'glimmer' in their grief.

Who is this for?
Grief is an incredibly unique experience, even if you've lost the same person as someone else. You don't need to have lost anyone or anything in particular. We welcome any kind of loss, anticipatory, sudden, ambiguous etc. You can book a 20-minute call with Ria to discuss any questions, get to know each other and figure out if it's the right thing for you. There's no commitment to book after this intro call. If it's not right for you, that's okay!
What this is and isn't.
These sessions are:
-
informed by lived experience, extensive research, facilitation experience and grief education.
-
collaborative conversations guided by Ria but informed by you.
-
confidential and for you - what we do and don't cover is your choice.
These sessions are not:
-
counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, medical help, coaching or social work.
-
a replacement for any form of treatment or medical support.
