We run Nov-Nov so here's our Q2 update (which really feels like Q1...)

New team members

If you haven't noticed by our stunning, elevated creative across socials, we've been blessed with two new fantastic women as our Creative Designers: Mhairi Crook and Mariana Colaço. Both Mhairi and Mariana have brought not only gorgeous work but incredible energy that's helped drive the team to reach the stars and more this first quarter. It was a pleasure onboarding them and I admire their suave ability to give feedback to better what we have.

2 events in 3 months!

January saw Grief 101 and March saw The Level Up - 2 wildly different occasions with the same beautiful outcomes. People feeling more empowered to tackle life's toughest moments. Read more about them here and here, respectively.

Our first Team Strategy Day!

This was a real milestone. And on International Women's Day no less! A whole day where the team dialed in or joined in person to evaluate and scope out where we were headed. I am so grateful to be at this point. See more about it here and here.

Schools, schools, schools!

It's been a joy to have worked with a number of Sixth Forms across this quarter on sessions around race and grief!
